UPS Inc. to Buy Overnite for About $1.25B (AP)
AP - UPS Inc., the world's biggest shipping carrier, is buying trucking company Overnite Corp. for about $1.25 billion in cash as it continues to expand its heavy freight delivery business. Overnite's shares soared 43 percent in morning trading.
